Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support promptly with:

• Product name
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A short description of the issue

ND BioLabs will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality, and compliance reasons, opened products, used products, altered products, temperature-compromised products, and products without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Refund Review

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Refused or Failed Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect address details may not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping costs and handling costs may be deducted where applicable.
